Not only an educational institution can receive the license for implementation of education programmes but also associations, foundations, craftsman's workshops, studios or the National troops. The amendments also extend the range of vocational education programmes that should receive industry body alignment. Those are: the vocational education programmes in security, health care, public health, medicine, civil aviation security.
