The article summarises the discussion of representatives from the Latvian, Lithuanian and Estonian education ministries with the title „Attraction of vocational education – possibilities, challenges and solutions”. The necessity to evaluate priorities and combat with stereotypes was highlighted. As solutions were offered: broader involvement of employers in the development of vocational education, popularising good practice, widening sports activities and engaging professionals in conducting classes.
