Abstract:

This article describes the pilot monitoring of vocational training in enterprises. The article describes in detail the subject of survey, chosen methods of survey and its results. The results were published by GUS in statistical aim. The results are very interesting from the point of view of employers as well as employees – they show continuing tendency that the bigger enterprise, the more trainings are organized, and the trainings are organized at the higher level.  This article describes the pilot monitoring of vocational training in enterprises.
