Abstract:

This report evaluates the Norwegian Competence Development Programme (KUP). The programme started in 2000 and was completed in 2006. 600 different projects were financed through the programme. This report discusses the results from these projects and seeks to clarify whether the projects fulfilled the aims of the programme.
