Abstract:

The publication forms part of the 'Partnership on competence development' project, a collaboration between four schools and around twenty enterprises with the involvement of an external consultancy bureau and funded by the European Social Fund. Here the focus is upon the internal organisation within the school and the ways in which it can either support or hinder work within partnerships.
