Abstract:

The handbook is a product of the Grundtvig 1 programme project “Agade - a good adult teacher in Europe” (2004-2006) supported by the European Commission. The Chapter 1 provides an overview of project development and includes summary of stated minimal criteria, which serves as a ground for all project activities. The Chapter 2 describes knowledge and skills that are necessary for adult teacher in order to develop adult course of good quality.
