Abstract:

The publication is an attempt to describe educational behaviours of enterprises, examined in both the economic and business context. Its main aim is to show different aspects of the role of enterprises/companies in shaping tendencies concerning changes in the levels of knowledge and skills of employees that are desirable from the regional development perspective and in promoting certain sought-after attitudes in the society.
