The publication contains selected documents of Polish and international law concerning people with disabilities, enabling the comparison of solutions and standards in this field. The authors focus mainly on the presentation of the UN legal documents, in which disability issues are treated in general way or the documents whose names indicate explicitly that they regard people with disabilities. The last part of the publication presents the texts of Polish Constitution of 1997 and the Disabled People’s Charter of Rights of 1997.
