Abstract:

The aim of the project was to find out if it a career-counselling organisation can act as a broker between the clients and the suppliers of adult education and to use the findings to improve the fit between demand and supply in adult education. It was found that it was possible for a career-counselling organisation to act as a broker with the suppliers of adult education but this brokerage must be elaborated in line with the local situation.
