The aim of this study was to gain an insight into exploratory and job-switching behaviour demonstrated by students with secondary education on the labour market. The mobility of this group on the market is relatively low. Since they do not easily change jobs, it is of importance for employees to know the exact factors that make a job attractive. When deciding in favour of or against a particular employer, the most important factors are salary and atmosphere at work. The study also discusses the use these pupils make of media, so that future employers can fine-tune their recruitment and selection strategies to match their behaviour.
