The first section outlines frameworks for the development of the qualification structure. The second section focuses on the harmonisation of educational routes. This specifically concerns streamlining the interface between education and vocational training, between vocational training and higher education and between vocational training and sectorial training programmes. Various educational aspects of qualification structures serve as the guiding line for the third section. In dit jaarboek staat de kwalificatiestructuur in al zijn facetten centraal. Het jaarboek bestaat uit twaalf verschillende bijdragen die onderverdeeld zijn in vijf delen. In het eerste deel worden kaders voor de kwalificatiestructuur-ontwikkeling geschetst. In het tweede deel staat de afstemming tussen leertrajecten centraal. Het gaat daarbij om de afstemming tussen educatie en beroepsonderwijs ; tussen beroepsonderwijs en hoger onderwijs en tussen beroepsonderwijs en sectorale opleidingen.
