Abstract:
In the past few years, an entirely new range of support tools have been introduced in education: guidance, coaching, consulting colleagues, intervision and supervision. These support tools offer a basis to discuss collaboration and communication in the work situation, where the object is always to reflect on one's own behaviour. These support tools can be employed for professionalisation purposes and are specifically suited to aid teachers and managers in enhancing their communication and reflection skills. This publication distinguishes between these new teacher supervision methods and elaborates on their content.
