The interim report on the project "Construction industry and Technology" is a summary of a questionnaire survey with the purpose of examining the introduction of information technology in small and medium enterprises within the construction industry. One of the aims of the project is to contribute to an understanding of the skillsneeded for the introduction of new technology. This understanding should resultin further training and counselling offers. The study shows that small and medium enterprises in general are at a rather low technological level, and that onlyfew-technicians are employed in theses enterprises.
