The main objective of training for new recruits of the FIAT Group is to offer them gradual insertion in the company. In this way, new forces which are motivated and prepared for the difficulties of the tasks assigned to them can be inserted in the company's structures. The training system designed for this purpose evolves with time according to changes in the company's requirements, the value of the experiments, the support of research studies and the lessons offered by pedagogics.
