This intermediate report is one of several resulting from the evaluation programme initiated by the Ministry of Education, Research and Church Affairs related to the comprehensive reform of the upper secondary school, Reform 94. The report investigates the applications (volume, break down by gender, geography, type and level of provision), the relation between applications and provisions, the flux through the system and results in terms of competence obtained by the students after three years. Finally, the report compares the results of pupils in vocational training prior to and Reform 94.
