Abstract:

The present publication is meant as a forum for the discussion of employment policy regarding the development of Finnish working life. The book presents new strategies and examples of concrete projects at work places. Special attention is given to small and medium-size enterprises and work places in the field of municipal social and health care as well as lunch services.
