In order to obtain authentic agreement on vocational training, links must be established between the educational centers andcompanies. This article presents the general lines along which the relationship between education, training and companies should be based. Areas: making the educational system adequate and the changes taking place in the educational system; relationship between the work market and its incidence on the transition of youth into the active world, changes in the eductional system and direct collaboration between schools and companies by means of alternating training.
