You may use Boolean operators (e.g. AND, OR) in your search string. Example: type (training OR education) AND germany to retrieve all records containing the term training or the term education, together with the term germany.

Use the ? character for truncation (i.e. to find records that contain portions of words). Example: train? will retrieve records that contain trainer, trainee or training.
